Roland Claude Brice, a ceramist in the French town of Biot, a student of Fernand Léger, worked closed with him when he opened is ceramic studio in Biot in 1949. Brice continued to run the studio after Léger's death, and he fabricated copies of Léger's work under the guidance of the nearby Musée National Fernand Léger.
