Exhibitions Archive < Back LAAF 2019 Lisboa OPENING 5 de abr. de 2019 CLOSING 13 de abr. de 2019 Following the previous fairs, we showcased an important set of pieces by the great French designers from the 60’s and 70’s, highlighting Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouvé, Pierre Chapo and Pierre Jeanneret. Furthermore, we showcased two exceptional pieces of Portuguese design; An important chest designed in 1959/60 by the Architect Conceição e Silva for a house in Guincho and a console designed in 1987 by Francisco Rocha for the Atalaia Store. Those who follow our work closely will know that, in parallel to our activity in the area of Design, we have also developed an important presence in the field of Contemporary Art. For this edition of the Fair, an important set of works by the artist Pedro Proença, from the first half of the 80’s, was on display. We consider these to be some of the greatest works in terms of importance for the study of this period in the history of Portuguese Art. Previous Next
